Terms and conditions of sale.

The terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by our customers on the sales order form has been completed and signed and dated or on receipt of a sales order by telephone, fax post etc.

Payment terms

All orders will be pro forma invoice and will be paid for in sterling with any bank charges to be paid by the customer.   A deposit of 50% of invoice total shall be due upon placing the order the further 50% will be billed appropriately. Settlement is strictly within 14 days of the date on our invoice.

The company reserve the right to suspend delivery of further orders if payment terms are not strictly adhered to.

Delivery

We will endeavour to supply goods by the requested delivery date. Normal delivery times are between 2-6 weeks depending on the size and content of the order.   Any dates specified by pimp for the delivery of goods are intended to be an estimate and the company will not be held responsible for any loss, charge or expense incurred by the customer cause by delay in delivery.

Carriage - U.K.

All   orders are sent by registered next day delivery. Postage costs are designated before the order is sent. If the customer is unhappy with this arrangement s/he agrees to arrange additional courier service to which all risk lies with the customer.

Retention of title and risk.

All goods supplied remain our sole and absolute property both in law and in equity until the customer has paid in full, the invoice total.   Title does not pass until payment in cash has been received or payment by cheque has cleared the bank.

Risk in relation to any goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer.

Copyright.

Products are based on our own intellectual property rights and we retain the absolute copyright of these, actionable by law for any breaches there of.

The design right, copyright and intellectual property of the garments may not be reproduced in any catalogues or promotions without the prior consent of pimp.

Damaged or defective goods.

If on delivery, goods are found to be defective then we must be notified in writing, returning products within seven days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted. It is at our discretion to either replace the goods or issue a credit note.

Customers may not attempt to make use of or alter any garment, perfect or defect without prior consent. The risk of doing so lies with the customer.

The company reserve the right to vary colour and size to a reasonable degree, and to replace trimming or fabric with a suitable alternative should such material become unavailable/discontinued.

Variations of these terms and conditions.

Variations of these terms and conditions will only be recognised where we have provided written agreement.

Covering law.

These terms and conditions and every contract made pursuant hereto and all disputes arising in a way out of or affecting these terms and conditions and every contract aforesaid shall be governed in all aspects by, and in accordance with, current English law and you accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

These terms shall remain in force until altered in writing and signed by both parties.
